The US-2100 wide format bander completes the most diverse line of banding products available. The Ultra-Sonic banding machine with arch is configured in the modular system and can be delivered in different arch sizes. This banding machine is also suitable for incorporation into fully automatic systems.

The band guide arch made of designer sheet metal and plastic renders the US-2000 LD robust and quick. An arch size adjusted to the product optimizes the cycle time and increases productivity in the packaging line. Gentle banding is guaranteed by the infinitely variable tension setting.

The US-2000 MDM-P machine in combination with the Markem SmartDate 5 continuous printer makes it possible to make different prints in one report length. Now it is possible to use one basic material with the layout of the customer and the product related information to be printed on the machine. Thanks to this solution, one pre-printed material can be used on. By using a continuous printer, the material will be printed while the operator is banding with the machine. It is possible to print different kinds of information on the banding material such as date, price, logo e.g different sorts of products for the same customer.

Brand-new vertical banding machine developed specifically for securing cable coils, hoses, tubes & closed products, such as hangers, gaskets and frames. 

This banding machine is extremely versatile, with an adjustable table allowing the product to be precisely positioned for banding. The tape seal weld time can be adjusted for easy pack opening or alternatively strong seals, as required. The banding tape (of paper, film or ribbon) can be printed as a label, can secure neat stacks and can also provide tamper evidence.

The use of ultrasonics for sealing, results in the machine being immediately ready for use and allows the use of cheaper, uncoated materials. ATS’s new digital control unit DCP 2000 V5 it is very easy to operate with a multifunction menu selection and a soft tension menu for fragile product; the display screen shows machine status.

Protects corners of products using 75mm or 100mm paper or film banding materials

Ultra-Sonic US-2100

New from ATS, the US-2100, which can use banding tape of either 75mm or 100mm wide. Clear film or paper can be used. The machine has been launched due to customer demand and will help reduce the cost of inner packs and full shrink overwraps. The tape can be printed to improve the marketing and advertising of your product.

Clean, odour free and consistent welding of the overlap is made by the unique ultrasonic welding system with no heating element to replace. The welding strength is adjustable to allow convenient tear off if required. The famous ATS soft tension action allow even the most fragile product to be banded without damage.

US-2000 TTP Thermal Transfer Printer

For inline printing of bar codes, sell by dates etc

US-2000 TTP

The automatic banding machine with thermal transfer printer imprints product information directly onto the band.

Company logo, packing and expiration date, EAN code, price, etc. are imprinted with the US-2000 TTP onto the paper or film band prior to banding. With the PC, various blocks and/or fonts can be selected via an interface without additional costs. Thus the product receives different identities.

With products of varying sizes, the adjustable printer position allows to put the pressure always on the desired spot.

Ultra-Sonic Sealing

Ultra-Sonic Sealing Technology allows the use of thin, strong and economical films.
No special coatings are needed. Recyclable polypropylene and polyethylene films are environmentally friendly and reduce waste. Brown paper, white paper, clear plastic film, can be used in every US-2000 machine. Simply rethread the machine with the desired material and start banding! (without changes)

US-2000 banding materials include white paper, brown paper, clear plastic and white plastic.

Custom printing of banding materials is also available.
