Banding Material Options

Products can be banded with paper or thin film material, both of which can be printed. Depending on your requirements, the tape can be heat-sealed or cold ultra-sonic welded (Ultrasonic sealing technology).

Banding materials are available in various widths from 20 to 100 mm; the standard being 30mm wide

About Banding Paper/Tape

• Easy to open (without the use of a knife or scissors)
• Products effectively held together/stacked
• Brown or white kraft paper
• The bands are inexpensive and effective
• Great for branding and promotional messages
• Help to minimise waste – greener than shrink wrap!

About Banding Film

• Transparent or coloured films
• Variable thicknesses
• Suitable for heavy products
• Will not damage edge of products
• Appropriate for many applications

Printed Banding Material

Why not use the band for marketing and/or product information?

• Printable with up to eight colours (paper & film)
• Printing of company logo, barcode, or promoting marketing campaign
