With ATS fully automatic banding machines and systems, the product is delivered via a conveyor belt to the banding system. Within a modular configuration, the product can be gathered, stacked or counted and a slider or a conveyor belt positions the product for banding. The banding process is fully automated and provision is made for rapid rethreading.

Many systems have diagnostics and touchscreens for ease of use.

ATS US 2000 Range

US-2000 Transit Line

The US-2000 Transit is suitable for fully automatic packaging lines and bands a great variety of products, such as printed matter, computer forms, foods, laundry stacks or technical products in the packaging line in one working process.

The US-2000 Transit Line has in feed and exit conveyors and automatically bands products like printed materials and packaged goods.

Material positioning plates, pneumatic presses, and corner conveyors for cross-banding are options that improve versatility. The Transit Line includes a single-roll tape drawer with the rapid-change tape feed system. 

US-2000 LBM

The US-2000 LBM uses a single push fence to automatically band rows of products.
The operator programs the number of stacks, and the number of bands on each stack. The operator pushes the start button, and the machine neatly bands each stack.

US-2000 LBMMS

The US-2000 LBMMS is an automatic label banding system. A full layer of cut material is transferred from the cutter to the banding system.

The LBMMS uses two push fences to separate and band each stack with single or multiple bands – perfectly banding the finished product.

US-2000 Corner Automatic Line

The US-2000 corner automatic line unitizes product directly from the production line. A stacker can be added to this system to expand flexibility.

CSTA-HL Envelope Stacker

Another example of custom automation:
CSTA-HL Envelope Stacker and Bander is used with postal printing systems. The US-2000 automatically stacks and bands envelopes according to their addressed postal codes.
This system is popular with banks, insurance companies, telecommunication companies, and mass mailers.
